CIU 01 is intended to work in the Return Path Analysis Set, which allows measuring frequency response function of a return path, to install and maintain TV cable network. The head end return path monitor CIU 01 performs measuring of pilot signals, injected by the GPS 01s, frequency response function and spectrum in the cable segment. Results of measurements is displayed on the screen and transmitted through the forward path simultaneously.
